I would pick the eggs and rolled oats over something processed coming out of a box.

Wow I knew FiberOne had a lot of fiber. But that is really a lot of Fiber! Interesting about the eggs vs. Kashi. Oh how I love kashi.

I knew the answer was going to be the processed cereals, but I picked the eggs and steel cut oatmeal anyway. *sighs*

Cebca, I'm with you! Eating real whole foods is MUCH better than processed manufactured foods with fake fiber added.

I'm a little scared that in the first two questions, the manufactured/ processed foods (Fiber One and Kashi) have more fiber and protein than the whole food options (oats/blueberries and eggs). Then again, if you're eating for single nutrients and not overall health, those options are better than others, I suppose...

4/5!!!! and that was a lot of guessing, I have been eating oatmeal, with a little nonfat milk and honey for YEARS, I don't really pay attention to the nutritional info for other breakfast foods

For #1 and 2, they may have the most fiber/protein, but those cereals are also processed, artificial foods (yes, I know GoLean is delicious, but its true). GoLean also has a lot of sugar. I would go with the oatmeal with blueberries and the eggs, that way you know exactly whats going into your body and making your systems happy! You can always make up the nutrients later in the day - I don't know how great it is to blast your body with so much fiber early in the morning. Is there such a thing as being too regular?
