Haha, very easy exam, Fit! =) And 1lyfe2live, I think cardio really is the best way to lose fat from all over your body. Doing sit ups and crunches are good for toning your abs, but the fat isn't going to melt off with just toning exercises. That's why cardio is so important, because it burns fat all over your body, but that also means that you might lose your butt. However, doing toning exercises like squats and lunges will tone up your butt and will make it look a lot better!

ok so doing sit ups and all tummy excersise doesn't help lose the fat off, wait i don't understand???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? i do cardio but not as much as i should because i don't lose weight in some areas what should i do???????????????????????

Yeah, that was easy, but most women i know would have failed the 2nd and third questions. The girls at my old work were convinced you only had to exercise the troubled areas because working out anything else would not help burn fat in the target area, and that they should not lift weights because it would make them look like a bodybuilder. I tried to explain reality to them, even having them talk to my coworker's wife who is a bodybuilder to have her explain just how difficult it was for her to get "bulky". But, alas, they chose to persist in their ignorance. I think they prefer their fantasies to the truth because it means they want to think that getting thin and looking "perfect" doesn't require too much work.
