I usually get up at 3 am to work out before work and it's actually easier to do that than it is to get up on the weekends when I get to sleep in. I think part of it is the fact that when I do it on the weekends, I'm "getting it over with" and I don't have to think about it the rest of the day.

i wish i could work out in the morning! i think my day would be off to a better start! but i cant seem to get outta bed.. so i dont work out until night! .. but atleast im working out! :)

I used to exercise in the morning and I felt great. Since I started working I've been trying to get back routine but it's been difficult. I set my alarm to 8am today and the second it went off I hit snooze. I was just too exhausted. I don't know what it takes to force yourself out of bed when your brain says no.
