i just came back from a 6 week trip to asia and 2 weeks at my mom's place in Calgary - so i'm pretty refreshed and ready for a new semester of school!

I always eat like crap on vacations. I can't imagine staying in a hotel and eating salad.

i definitely think that getting into a bathing suit in the middle of winter keeps you on target. i have something in the works now to keep me motivated!

Totally! My honey and I are going to Gulf Shores in late March - a lovely condo to stay in given to us from his dad!! :LOVE: It's a huge blessing and is a total huge motivator to stay on the health track and not give in to the typical "winter weight gain" :)

I went to Mexico at the end of December last year thinking it'd be warm and I froze my buns off because I brought shorts to jog in and it was maybe in the mid 50's the whole time. Maybe if I went somewhere warmer, that'd be cool. I usually don't take a vacation in the winter and I stay pretty on track. Right now, we're having a weird warm spell here in Wisconsin and it kind of feels like a "spring sneak peek". I cannot wait for warm weather!!!

YES! I am going to Jamaica a week from today. It has forced me to eat so healthy through the holidays. I have lost 8 lbs to get in shape for vacation (hopefully 10 by next Sunday) and I feel so healthy! I am so glad I didn't get out of control during the holidays. I think I will do this every year.

no i don't like vacations i like crowd i like people seeing everyone doing their jobs students going to school and other peoples walking motivates me to stay on track with my workouts i love people alot!
