My intro to yoga was six years ago; I was dealing with some ongoing back pain and enrolled in Yoga for Back Care at my neighborhood studio. The eight-week series was a total game changer; I walked away stronger, more flexible, and my back pain was gone. Most importantly, my instructor taught me poses, stretches, and breathing techniques that I still use whenever my back feels a little tight or sore from the day's activities.
