While these poses are good for these symptoms, 2 of these three postures are extremely advanced. The Bridge pose while not as intense still needs some forward bending to warm the spine. A few rounds of Sun Salutations are not ample enough for these postures. Even an advanced practicing yogi needs to do easier postures to prepare their body to get into these postures.
