Hey Fit,
I have been trying to drink more water daily. I remember learning in Health class, way back when, that drinking water while eating was bad for digestion. Is that true? Or was my health teacher Ms. LaRue wrong?

Great question! Drinking water during a meal does not disrupt digestion. It doesn't dilute digestive juices or interfere with the breaking down of nutrients. In fact, water and other liquids actually help break down the food in your stomach and keep your digestive system on track. So drink up!
