This Trainer's Insane 20-Minute Treadmill Workout Incinerates Fat and Tones Your Body

An insane 20-minute workout by fitness blogger and trainer Stefanie Williams recently resurfaced, making us second-guess our use of the treadmill's full potential. Williams originally posted the video on her Instagram back in 2016, but it's still as awesome as ever. The high-fat-burning and toning routine includes exercises both on and off the machine, as well as treadmill moves that go beyond running. Stef Fit makes uphill lunges and squat sidesteps look like a total breeze above, but keep in mind that this is a pretty advanced workout, so steer clear if you don't feel ready for it quite yet.

  • 30 seconds pulse squats
  • Repeat 5 times
  • Uphill walking lunges, 40 seconds
  • Jumping lunges, 20 seconds
  • Repeat 5 times
  • Narrow squat to wide squat, 45 seconds
  • 15 seconds rest
  • Repeat 5 times
  • Deep squat sidesteps, 40 seconds
  • Jumping pulse squats, 20 seconds
