Low-Cal Apple Pie in a Jar

When you go apple picking, you make apple pie. That's just how it works. But at over 400 calories per slice — and that's not including the à la mode — you can only eat so much without your pants telling you you've had one slice too many. Here's a healthier way to get your apple pie fix. At 325 calories, it's a perfectly sweet way to start your day, for under 13 grams of sugar.
