Recently, I've found that working out is more difficult than usual. Without wanting to drag myself to a gym and without a lot of equipment [1] at home, I've had to get creative. Running has never really been my thing so I started experimenting with a variety of workouts on YouTube [2], and I've found that you don't need a lot of time or equipment to get in a good workout at home. Even better, I've noticed that since working out my mental health and ability to focus on my job have improved.

Staying active [3] is just so important, so now I try to complete a workout early in the morning to feel at least a little more centered. If you're looking for a way to get moving yourself, try one of these 20-minute workouts [4] that require only your bodyweight.
