As we get ready for the US Open to start, we've been keeping tabs on all of our favorite players like Serena Williams [2], Venus Williams [3], Naomi Osaka [4], Taylor Townsend, and the reigning champ, Bianca Andreescu [5]. Sports look a lot different in 2020, but players are adapting as best as they can, some even turning their homes into gyms.
Andreescu shared one of her full-body strengthening workouts, and we're ready to give it a shot. To do this workout you'll need a yoga mat, a medicine ball, a dumbbell, a long resistance band, a mini resistance band, and a bosu ball. If you don't have everything on this list, feel free to get creative and use what you have around your home, Andreescu advised.
