Britney Spears has been inspiring our fitness goals for years, and it all began with her late-'90s music videos. Now, her at-home routines filled with handstands, ab workouts using a box, and even basic dumbbell workout videos have us seeing her as the fitness icon she truly is. As any frequent gym-goer knows, doing the same routine over and over can be repetitive not only mentally, but physically as our bodies can build up muscle memory, which is why it's important to switch things up.

For Britney, who is about to go on her Piece of Me tour in July and August of this year, she's decided to change up her workouts to help build her endurance and strength before spending long hours dancing around stage.
