Coconut Maple Hot Cocoa

INGREDIENTS

    • 1/4 cup canned coconut milk
    • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
    • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder
    • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
    • 1/4 ounce dark chocolate, chopped
    • Pinch ground cinnamon
    • Pinch ground ginger

    INSTRUCTIONS

    1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan and heat over medium high. Whisk ingredients together until well combined. Bring the mixture to steaming and continue stirring until all chocolate has melted, about 5-6 minutes.
