She's shown us her headstand skills, shared the secret to getting sculpted abs, and revealed that the keto diet keeps the mother of two fueled.
In the latest installment of Fitness Friday, Berry trades in her boxing gloves for meditation. Talk about balance. Introduced to the practice on a trip to India, she writes that "the experience not only profoundly changed me, but it inspired me to never go a day without some sort of meditation."
Berry's tips for meditating are to find a place that's safe and relaxing, starting off with gentle stretching to relieve stress and focusing on your breathing. She begins her practice by clearing her mind (she even admits this can be hard), then begins to repeat her mantra of the day or simply sits with the thoughts that come to her.
