For those who don't know, Nastia Liukin [3] is a former Team USA gymnast who won nine world championships medals and five Olympic medals throughout her career. She last competed at the 2008 Olympics, winning the all-around gold medal, three silver medals, and one bronze medal, becoming the most decorated gymnast at the Beijing Games.
She recently got back into her old training facility and performed a snippet of her Beijing Olympics beam routine — and she didn't skip a beat! "Same same, but different... back in my natural habitat today," she captioned an Instagram post featuring a video of her on the beam. The post also included a throwback video of her 2008 Olympic performance. Check out the videos above, and try not to feel too nostalgic about the Beijing Games!
