I never liked wearing the hospital-like booties, but I loved gliding on the power slide. This class was a killer workout for your thighs and bum and especially toned the saddlebag zone. But not just that, it was such a fun workout, reminiscent of skating and skate skiing. Pushing off from side to side was rhythmic like running but worked different muscles. During the Cardio Slide class at my gym, the instructor pumped up the music and the 60 minutes flew be. Oh how I miss that class.
