Scissor Legs Side Crow
Scissor Legs Side Crow definitely makes my list of all-time top 10 yoga poses. It feels amazing to hold the weight of your body on your two hands. I think you know right off the bat why doing this pose in the nude would obviously not be my cup of tea — hello split! But aside from that, from a logistical standpoint, leggings make this pose so much easier because the fabric absorbs your sweat and prevents you from slipping off your triceps. That's why I'm not a fan of wearing short shorts to yoga, and why I'd never want to do this pose without any bottoms.
