Kettlebell swing girl is doing it wrong. A swing is not a squat + extended position should be fully upright as the hips are used to propel the weight forward.

Uhm the picture of the girl doing the kettlebell swing? She's doing it wrong. Your legs should be straight and your core tight on the upswing, going back to a squatting position on the down swing. And the article the link goes to also shows a girl doing it wrong... and with too light a kettlebell. --Love, a girl who's been using kettlebells for 10 months.

I like using KB & DB together in my workouts. But I have to say, I like KB better. Sometimes I use just the KB.
