This balancing version of Butterfly will open your hips, strengthen the delicate muscles of the feet, and improve your balance.
- Begin in a low squat with your feet together. Turn your knees out to the sides, keeping the balls and heels of your feet together. Rest your hands on your knees, and once you feel balanced, press your palms together in front of your heart.
- Hold here for five deep breaths, draw the knees together, and stand up.
