Although Beyoncé's made weight-loss mistakes in the past (like when she tried Master Cleanse to lose weight for Dreamgirls), the hard-working entertainer more recently used her strong work ethic when it came to losing her baby weight. "They had me on the treadmill. I ate lettuce!" she joked of the strict dieting and exercise regime she was on to lose 60 pounds.
In her own words: "It's more about your mental strength than physical strength. You have to push yourself. It doesn't matter what trainer you have. And it doesn't matter what program you're on. You have to be healthy and make the right choices," she said.
