My workout: I’ll admit it; I'm a bit of a gym novice. While I love working out once I get to the gym, I always have trouble getting myself there. With that said, I've been working out with an awesome trainer at Crunch who definitely keeps me on my toes. However, I'm no heiress, so on the many days I don't have my trusty trainer, I force my girlfriends to hit up the spinning classes with me.
How I fit it in: I definitely don't trust myself to go to the gym after work — or when I was in school, after class — so I try and fit my workouts into my morning routine. I try and make myself feel better about waking up at ungodly hours by remembering you burn more calories when you work out in the morning!
