- From Half Lotus Spinal Twist, release the hands and bring the torso back to center. Plant your palms in front of you and keeping your left foot in half lotus, come up onto the balls of the right foot.
- Prepare for Crow Pose as you normally would by placing the knees as high up onto the triceps as you can.
- Lean weight into your hands and lift your right foot off the floor coming into Half Lotus Crow. Hold the body strong and steady for five breaths.
