Wide-Legged Forward Bend Twist
- From Wide-Legged Forward Bend C, wrap your left hand around your right ankle, and either raise your right arm into the air above your head or wrap it around your lower back, clasping your upper left thigh.
- Continue to draw the torso toward your legs as you actively press into your hands to increase the twist.
- After five breaths, release and stand up. Step your feet to the front of your mat, and repeat this sequence on the left side.
