PS: What's your weekly exercise schedule?
LR: I get in 90 minutes five to six days a week!
PS: How do you keep workouts exciting?
LR: I change it up. I take lots and lots of classes. Some of my favorites are indoor cycling, kickboxing, INSANITY, and boot camps. I do a lot of active things with my family like hiking, canoeing, running, and just playing!
