Circuit 4: Explosive Deadlift
- Start with the kettlebell underneath your hips and in between your feet.
- Squat down and grip the kettlebell with both hands.
- Maintaining a straight spine and tight core, explosively jump as high as you can with the kettlebell at arm's length.
- Land softly and sit back down to the start position with control and stability. This counts as one rep.
- Do 10 reps.
- Repeat this circuit for a total of five times with minimal rest in between.
