Erica's Dietary Changes
"I started macro tracking through my CrossFit gym's nutrition program," Erica said. "Then I found Renaissance Periodization (RP) and I loved how easy the diet templates were to follow." She followed the RP template for three months but wasn't seeing the exact results she wanted, so "decided to quit drinking."
"Initially, I thought I would start drinking on the Mexican vacation," she shared. "But after a few weeks of sobriety, I felt better than I had in years! I haven't had a drink since Oct. 16, 2016, and I don't ever plan on drinking again."
In February of 2018, Erica decided to go vegan. "After going vegan, I dropped about 26 pounds in a few months without calorie or macro counting," she said. "It's been awesome for my training recovery and it's helped me get back in tune with my body's needs."
