Grab a Friend and Try These Free (and Fun!) Partner Workouts You Can Do Right at Home

I like to exercise with my cat — here's all the proof you need. Although me holding him in my arms while I do squats doesn't make him work up a sweat, if he were human, I'm sure he'd agree to a partner workout. Hitting the gym or exercising at home with someone else forces you to stay accountable. It's motivating and gives you all the more reason to crush your goals — there's a sense of healthy competition. Plus, you can do specific moves with your partner that will challenge both of you at the same time. Ahead, check out two-person workouts straight from YouTube, ready for you to try practically anywhere. Grab a friend, a family member, or maybe even your cat, and get to it!
