Short on Time and Equipment? Try These 20-Minute Bodyweight Workouts on YouTube

Recently, I've found that working out is more difficult than usual. Without wanting to drag myself to a gym and without a lot of equipment at home, I've had to get creative. Running has never really been my thing so I started experimenting with a variety of workouts on YouTube, and I've found that you don't need a lot of time or equipment to get in a good workout at home. Even better, I've noticed that since working out my mental health and ability to focus on my job have improved.

Staying active is just so important, so now I try to complete a workout early in the morning to feel at least a little more centered. If you're looking for a way to get moving yourself, try one of these 20-minute workouts that require only your bodyweight.
