Don't Graze! Set a Snack Time and Make a Snack
If you eat lunch at noon but don't dine until the sun goes down, you probably start craving some sustenance around three or four in the afternoon. Heading to the lunch room for one pretzel isn't going to cut it, and you'll probably return again and again for more. Grazing throughout the afternoon may seem like you're eating fewer calories, but you'll probably end up eating more since you're not really keeping track of how much you're noshing. Instead, pick a time to snack each day and make yourself a healthy snack.
