A Plate Without Color
Unless you count the ambrosia salad, classic eats from road trips, barbecues, and county fairs are lacking in color, which is not a good thing. The pigments found in whole foods contain the antioxidants and nutrients your body needs to have a strong and healthy immune system. If you want to stay healthy, make sure you've always got a rainbow on your plate. Try some superfoods of Summer, or at the very least, take a multivitamin to meet your nutritional needs.
