Strawberry Milkshake Smoothie Packed With 27 Grams of Protein

    • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (about 12)
    • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
    • 1 1/2 cups vanilla soy milk
    • 1/2 serving vanilla plant-based protein powder (I used Vega Performance Protein; 41 g)
    • 5 raw almonds
    • 1 medjool date


    1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.
