I once drove to four different grocery stores in one evening in search of that stuff. By the time I found it as the last deli, I was a shaky, yet jubilant, mess!

I can't get that buffalo wing cheese out of my head! Another great one to look for is Rogue Creamery's Smoked Blue. Just ass some red grapes and delicate crackers.

This really made me want cheese all over again! I'll be seeking out many of them, like the Cabot Hot Wasabi, Barely Buzzed, and — of course! — the cheese filled with melted cheese!
