Ingredients

  1. 2 cups (9 ounces) unsalted cashews, toasted
  2. 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary
  3. 1 teaspoon smoked hot paprika
  4. 2 tablespoons packed light brown sugar
  5. 2 teaspoons coarse salt
  6. 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted

Directions

  1. Toast cashews: Spread nuts in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet, and bake at 350ºF, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes.
  2. Toss cashews with remaining ingredients until evenly coated.
  3. Cashews can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature up to 2 weeks.

Makes 2 cups.

Just made these. They don't look as good as the pic. The flavoring kind of clumped together a little and didn't coat the nuts as well as the ones they show. They probably taste the same though. A little blah for me still. Plain cashews are just as good to me.
