Notes
If you don't have apple cider concentrate, then simmer apple cider on the stovetop, uncovered, until it reduces by 75 percent, about 40 minutes. Let cool before using.
Ingredients
- 5 ounces apple cider concentrate
5 ounces water
3 ounces brandy
5 ounces Cointreau or Grand Marnier
2 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice
4 thin apple slices
Directions
- In a cocktail shaker, stir together the apple cider concentrate and water. Add the brandy, Cointreau, and lemon juice. Fill the shaker with ice, and shake well. Pour into sugar-rimmed cocktail glasses. Garnish with an apple slice.
