Reddit user q0__0p [3] posted this photo of an avocado with a handy sticker. The sticker has a color chart that the shopper can use to tell if the avocado is ripe or not. The chart includes, "not ripe," "firm ripe," and "soft ripe" (perfect for guacamole [4]!) Unfortunately, these stickers aren't on all avocados, but there's still an easy way to tell if your avocado is ripe [5].
