My favorite morning breakfast is a just hard-boiled egg on toast, but most days the egg is so far cooked the yolk is a crumbling mess. When someone suggested baking eggs instead, I had to give one egg a try. The directions are simple. Preheat your oven to 325ºF, place egg in muffin tin, bake for 30 minutes.

After time was up, I placed the egg in an ice bath to stop the cooking process and waited patiently for 10 minutes. Would this cooking hack deliver?!

And the peeled egg proved baking eggs is a win. Sprinkled with salt and pepper, the egg was wonderfully delicious.

Make your workweek easy and bake a dozen at a time on Sunday evenings for eggs that are ready to grab straight from the fridge.
