  1. 1 bottle (750 ml) prosecco
  2. 1/2 cup brandy
  3. Juice of 1 lemon
  4. A smattering of seasonal fruit, such as cranberries, apples, kumquats, blood oranges (The fruit should be used as an accent to the punch, not as a main ingredient.)


  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a punch bowl or pitcher. Garnish with fruit and enjoy.

Serves 6.
