I won't lie, Spanish-style garlic shrimp are another one of my go-to hors d'oeurve recipes. I've served these babies a million times and people are invariably impressed. To make them, start by placing 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil in an ovenproof serving dish. Toss in 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and a large pinch of red pepper flakes. Bake at 350°F for several minutes to infuse the oil. Add the shrimp and bake until cooked through, 7-10 minutes, flipping once. Remove from the oven and enjoy with crusty bread!
