We don't feel much shame putting a few cubes of ice in our glasses of this Spanish Rosé ($9). Talk about a palate-cleansing wine, with a scent like an herb garden and flavor reminiscent of eucalyptus. We'd love pairing it with foods slathered in mint, rosemary, or parsley.
