Vanishing Point (Strawberry Margarita)

*If you don't have a sous-vide, try this strawberry simple syrup [2] recipe made on the stovetop.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila, like Don Julio Blanco
3/4 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce strawberry syrup*
1/4 ounce Ancho Reyes Verde Liqueur [3]
1 shake Tiki Bitters [4]
Pinch of salt
Ice
Strawberry gummy candy [5], to garnish
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail mixer with ice. Shake until chilled and frothy.
- Pour into a cup and garnish with a strawberry gummy.
