Red, white, and blue — wine? Thanks to a Spanish winemaker, yes, you can drink blue wine. We're not sure how it was engineered (or why, really) since the maker simply says "it took two years of indepth research," but we do know it looks like a Smurf's fantasy. The tropical-looking wine, made by a company called Gïk [1], is available for purchase online and has an 11.5 percent alcohol content. According to Gïk, it's sweet (and we're not surprised). We'll admit, its branding is a little puzzling, but it's certainly capturing our attention. Would you try it? Wine is wine, so, our answer is maybe.
