The situation: A special beef blender with a cheese "fondue" patty croquette on a romano cheese roll.
Execution score: 2. Adding a layer of deep-fried mozzarella to a burger sounded like a good idea in theory, but in reality, the combination resulted in a proportion of way too much fat. The dish tasted as greasy as it looks.
