An aromatic herb with delicate flavors of licorice and black pepper. With its curly dark green leaves, this herb is used both dried and fresh, although it tastes best fresh. It can also be used like parsley, but its flavor is lost when boiled.

I love spices, and chevril is not my favorite. It has a very earthy flavor to it. My boyfriend especially dilikes it, comparing it to grass.

That looks exactly like cilantro. When they have all the herbs side by side in the store, I bet it is hard to tell what is what.
