Chimichurri
A thick herb sauce that consists of olive oil, vinegar and finely chopped parsley, oregano, onion and garlic, all seasoned with salt, cayenne, and black pepper. Oh my gosh, chimichurri is the best thing since sliced bread. Try this: make some delicious toasted french bread, top with buschetta and goat cheese, THEN top all that deliciousness with the chimichurri... you won't know what to do with yourself it's sooo delicious!!!
