  2. 2 cups white vinegar
  3. 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  4. 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  5. 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  6. 1 tablespoon red chili flakes
  7. 1 tablespoon salt
  8. 4 Persian cucumbers, sliced
  9. 2 bell peppers, julienned
  10. 1/4 red onion, sliced
  11. 6 sprigs fresh dill

Directions

  1. Fill coffee maker with 3 cups of water.
  2. Add vinegar, sugar, mustard seeds, coriander seed, red chili flakes, and salt to the coffee pot. Give it a stir and then place onto the coffee maker. Turn the coffee maker on and let brew.

  4. Remove the pickles and enjoy or save in an air-tight container in your refrigerator.
