Ingredients

  1. 1 Maine split top-style country kitchen roll
  2. 2 tablespoons butter, plus more melted butter, for brushing
  3. 1 (1 1/2-pound) cooked lobster or 1/3 pound lobster meat
  4. 1 lemon wedge

Directions

  1. Brush the outside of the roll with melted butter, and lightly toast.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat, and stir in the lobster meat until warmed through.
  3. Fill bun with fresh lobster meat, and spritz with lemon.
