Connecticut-Style Lobster Roll

Ingredients
- 1 Maine split top-style country kitchen roll
2 tablespoons butter, plus more melted butter, for brushing
1 (1 1/2-pound) cooked lobster or 1/3 pound lobster meat
1 lemon wedge
Directions
- Brush the outside of the roll with melted butter, and lightly toast.
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat, and stir in the lobster meat until warmed through.
- Fill bun with fresh lobster meat, and spritz with lemon.
