Last week we resolved the burning question of whether it's possible to eat oysters in months without the letter R. While oystermen have declared farmed oysters safe to eat year-round, some oyster aficionados maintain that the taste of an out-of-season oyster simply isn't the same. Where do you stand? I never had oysters before, well the raw ones. I have a sensitive stomach so I suspect raw oysters would have me living in the bathroom for a month.
