One of our favorite drinks at Disney Springs [3] is the Dole Whip Frozcato [4]. Available at Wine Bar George, the boozy slushy has all of the traditional Dole Whip flavors [5] but kicks it up a notch by adding Moscato and vodka. And now the masterminds behind the drink have created a whole new treat using the fan-favorite pineapple treat: cookie sandwiches!
The Frozcato Sugar Cookie Sandwich is made with Dole Whip Pineapple [6], Moscato, and vodka, which is pressed between two light and buttery sugar cookies and rimmed with colorful sprinkles and pineapple candies.
The cookie sandwich, which costs $8, is available starting June 7 at Wine Bar George or at the outdoor quick service window, The Basket. There are limited quantities available each day so be sure to get to the restaurant early to nab what will definitely become one of the most popular treats of the Summer.
