Chef Dominique Ansel made his name by inventing the Cronut, but he's been busy at his New York City bakery creating the next big dessert. One of his latest offerings is a take on the pretzel, called the Peanut Butter Lobster Tail. We visited his SoHo headquarters to taste-test the popular offering and to see the man at work!
